Misty Reese

Veterinarian and Owner

Misty Reese has been practicing for 11 years and completed school at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. She tries to treat each patient as she would want her pets to be treated. She is constantly learning and evolving in the way she practices. She enjoys playing and hiking at local and state parks with her husband (Nathan), son (Zian), and dogs (Zappa and Alice). They also enjoy local activities, such as the Art Walk, Farmers Market, visits to a local orchard, and events downtown.

Taylor Crabtree
RVT

Taylor Crabtree has been practicing for seven years. She finished the technician program at IBC Vet Tech Institute and loves diagnostic work. Client education is also very important to her, as she wants to make sure your pet is receiving the needed care/medications at home. She loves spending time with her daughter, JoJo, and her dogs, Oliver and Stella. She also enjoys working out at the gym.

Receptionist/Vet Assistant

Lacey Gibbs has been practicing for 1.5 years and started here in 2021. She is currently in the veterinary assistant program at Penn Foster. She takes pride in her desire to learn new skills and enjoys being able to help our patients in any way needed. She enjoys listening to music, cooking, and spending time with her four dogs (Boba, Radar, Rambo, and Roxie).

Receptionist/Kennel Attendant

Cheyenne, our multi-talented team member, serves as both a receptionist and kennel worker. She proudly hails from Purdue University, bringing her knowledge and dedication to our animal care facility. Her true passion lies in ensuring the comfort and happiness of our beloved animals. Beyond her role, Cheyenne immerses herself in various hobbies, including gardening, embracing the great outdoors, culinary adventures in the kitchen, and expressing her creativity through the art of painting.

Receptionist/Kennel Attendant

Kristi Wright serves as a Receptionist and Kennel Assistant, having joined our team in July 2022. She possesses a deep passion for animal care, dedicating her time and expertise to ensuring the well-being of our furry friends. During her leisure hours, Kristi indulges in the creative world of arts and crafts.

Amanda Sharp

Vet Assistant

Amanda Sharp has been practicing for 13 years and completed school at Pendleton Heights High School. She likes getting to know the clients and developing good relationships with them. She does a lot of animal rescue. She also enjoys attending concerts and seeing her daughter participate in gymnastics.

Vet Assistant

Elle is a valued veterinary assistant who has been on our team since August 2020. She finds immense satisfaction in building personal connections with our patients and takes pride in her skillful assistance with blood draws and maintaining a pristine environment. Beyond her dedication to animal care, Elle’s leisure pursuits include indulging in video games, cherishing quality moments with friends and family, and relishing the simple joys of staycations.

Groomer

For 25 years, Starla Hibbard has been a groomer. The health and safety of every animal are her top priority. She utilizes continuing education to stay on top of breed standards while maintaining a “humanity over vanity” attitude. She loves spending time with her family, especially her better half, two children, and two Jack Russel Terriers! She enjoys taking trips, paintball scenario events, kayaking, camping, movies, and reading.

Office Manager

For three months, Nathan Reese has been the Office Manager. He completed school at Ivy Tech University. He enjoys learning about veterinary medicine and loves seeing all the patients! He likes playing at the park with his son, frisbee golf, walking with the dogs, and listening to music.
